Innpact and Selectra sign a cooperation agreement to boost Impact Investing in Europe28.06.2017
Innpact and SELECTRA, the two first B-Corp certified companies in Luxembourg have signed a cooperation agreement to actively promote EIIP – European Impact Investment Platform.
“SELECTRA and Innpact share a common belief – announces Corinne Molitor, Director, Innpact – social and environmental returns are essential criteria when making investment decisions.” “This cooperation – continues Marco Caldana, CEO, SELECTRA – seeks to contribute to the growth of the impact finance industry in Luxembourg and in Europe as well as to emphasise the importance of sustainability in business rather than focusing solely on short-term benefits and financial profitability.”
Structured as a SICAV-SIF (Specialised Investment Fund), European Impact Investing Platform (EIIP) is the first Luxembourg-based umbrella fund entirely dedicated to impact finance strategies promoted by third party organizations.
It offers fully-fledged infrastructure and fund management support, compliant with the Luxembourg Law on alternative investment fund managers, thus enabling impact investment managers and advisors to focus on their investment strategies and create social and environmental impacts, alongside a financial return, for the benefit of their investors.
EIIP aims to help promoters of Impact Investing strategies to turn simple ideas into concrete professional financial products dedicated to worldwide investors.
The platform is ready- and easy-to-use, promoted by two state-of-the-art players, SELECTRA and Innpact, who provide a wide range of services to global impact investors ranging from fund design and set-up, management support and consulting, to impact measurement and reporting.
Innpact offers specialised and innovative consulting services for the design, establishment and management support of Impact Finance initiatives.
