Amelia is an Independent Consultant at Innpact Fund Management SA.

Amelia Faraco-Hardlock is a Knight-Hennessy Scholar and MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in government and a minor in social entrepreneurship.

Amelia began her career in public service through a range of legislative and communications roles at the federal, state, and local levels in the United States (U.S.), including work in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Colorado Governor’s Office, and on a frontline congressional campaign. She most recently served in the U.S. Congress as acting legislative director to Representative Jennifer Wexton, where she led efforts on budget and appropriations policy and championed initiatives supporting women, children, and families.

Beyond her official duties, Amelia served as president of the Women’s Congressional Staff Association, where she led strategic efforts to build a strong, supportive network for women congressional staff.

At Stanford, she is a Forte Fellow and a Nonprofit Board Fellow, and serves as Portfolio Operations Director of the GSB Impact Fund, working to invest in companies that change the world for the better.
