Job description:
For the needs of our department, we are looking for a Project & Communication Intern to support our team in project management and communication coordination.
Main missions :
- Event Organization: Assist in the planning and coordination of external events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
- Report & Presentation Preparation: Provide support in preparing high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assist in the management of internal projects, helping with timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed successfully.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with key stakeholders, including Boards of Directors, current and prospective investors, and other external partners.
- Internal Meetings: Organize internal meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action points to ensure follow-up and progress.
- Workflow Improvement: Support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows and operational efficiencies, including leveraging AI tools to optimize processes.
Profile:
- Ongoing studies in international business, business administration, fund management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in impact finance and the drive to make a difference.
