Through our AIFM in Luxembourg and in collaboration with impact investment management firms, Innpact manages private equity/debt impact and blended finance AIFs investing globally in microfinance, renewable energy, conservation, carbon projects or agriculture. The Relationship Management team acts as the key contact with our partners, ensuring high quality service delivery, managing various aspects of client relationships, coordinating with internal team members and external service providers.

Job description:

As Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationship with the client, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the client’s mission, objectives, activities and needs, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Ensure seamless  and smooth on-boarding of new clients, including coordination with internal teams  and external parties.
  • Attend board meetings and present the AIFM reports, updates, and insights and represent Innpact towards the Board and the client. Actively participate in service provider meetings to discuss specific investment projects or client requirements.
  • Attend relevant internal meetings to discuss client-specific topics, internal policies, procedures, and strategies that affect client management and quality of service delivery.
  • Monitor follow up with the fund’s service providers for regular and ad-hoc deliverables and ensure, in collaboration with internal teams, that client functioning complies with expected service level, governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate various projects related to the client and engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives, resources, and timeliness.
  • Build a lasting partnership with the client, and proactively propose solutions to support the client’s ongoing development and positive contribution to societal and environmental change.

Profile:

  • Strong knowledge and first-hand working experience with alternative investment funds (SFDR Article 8+/9)AIFM regulatory environment and operations.
  • A strong desire to align his/her job to deliver sustainable and responsible services and is highly motivated to support the development of the impact finance sector.
  • At least 7 years of a professional experience in a similar function and/or within a management company/AIFM, audit, or the banking/fiduciary sector.
  • University graduate: bachelor or master’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite. German, French or Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills strong organizational and project management skills (coordinate multiple tasks efficiently).
  • Critical thinker, pro-active problem solving attitude.
  • Ability to work both autonomously on own tasks, whilst working in a team environment.
  • Strong systems skills including MS Office packages.
  • High sense of confidentiality and work ethic. Ability to work under pressure
