Bettina Hertel is Deputy Head of Board Advisory Services and Associate Director at Innpact S.A.
Bettina has more than fifteen years of legal consulting experience in the Luxembourg financial services sector with a particular focus on investment funds, insurance companies and banks. She is a fully qualified lawyer having practised for several years within the Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity & Real Estate practises of Arendt & Medernach.
Prior to joining Innpact S.A., Bettina was heading the Corporate Governance department at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg in charge of managing the corporate governance matters of BIL and BIL Group. She holds the first state exam of the University of Cologne (Germany) and the second state exam of the University of Düsseldorf (Germany), as well as a postgraduate degree in economic law from the University of Hamburg (Germany).
