Chantal Genovese is Manager, Impact & Portfolio Management at Innpact S.A.

She joined Innpact as Junior Consultant supporting the Advisory Team on the structuring of impact funds. Prior to this job, Chantal worked for Amnesty International in The Netherlands/South Australia for 3 years and as a Microfinance Consultant for the Saving Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC) – Sparkasse in Rwanda, East Africa, on strengthening the Microfinance Capacity Building and fostering Digital Finance. She holds a Master in Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University (Netherlands), where she graduated with Double Honors. Her master thesis on ESG rating agencies’ alignment, Financial Materiality and Sustainable Banking practices was developed while working as an intern at PwC Luxembourg with the goal of supporting retail and corporate Luxembourgish banks shifting to more sustainable products.
