Charles Kirsch is Head of Legal Services and Associate Director at Innpact S.A.
He has more than fifteen years of experience as lawyer in the Luxembourg financial sector. He gained his experience as corporate lawyer during 2 years in Ernst and Young Luxembourg and 4 years with Aviva Investors as lawyer for their investment funds. Charles is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer of Innpact Fund Management S.A., the Luxembourg authorised alternative investment fund manager within Innpact. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium.
