Claude Rodisio

Claude Rodisio is Head of Human Resources at Innpact.

He has over 17 years of experience in the HR field and has worked for a wide variety of companies in Luxembourg, France and the UK.

Throughout his career, Claude has partnered with international business leaders and their teams to help them manage change with a strong focus on collective intelligence, co-development, and leadership.

Claude is an executive coach (member of the Société Française de Coaching) and holds Master degrees in Management and in Marketing (Skema Business School), Human Resources (Université de Lorraine) and in Coaching (ICN Business School).

He worked for Agile Partner as HR Manager before joining Innpact in May 2024.
