Cyrielle Pangaud

Cyrielle Pangaud gained extensive experience in Corporate Governance, serving as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for various banking institutions.

She further served at Arendt & Medernach as a Fund Governance Officer, where she developed in-depth knowledge of fund governance nuances.

Before joining Innpact, Cyrielle worked as Senior Legal Counsel within the Corporate Governance department at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.

Cyrielle holds a Master 2 degree in Law from the University of Toulouse Capitole (France) and a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Comparative and European Private and International Law from the University of Dundee (Scotland).
