Doris Soedjede

Doris Soedjede is Legal Counsel at Innpact S.A.

Originally from Togo, she moved to France after obtaining her Baccalauréat, to pursue higher education. She graduated from the Toulouse University where she obtained a Master degree in Legal Strategies for International Development. Doris also holds an Advanced Masters degree in International Business Law and Management from the ESSEC Business School. In addition, she holds certificates in financial analysis, asset management and followed financial modelling training. Prior to joining Innpact in 2020, Doris served as an in-house lawyer at ARDIAN in Luxembourg where she was involved in the structuring and follow-up of Private Equity investment vehicles. In her will to bridge the gap between her yearning for social good and her professional background in the investment field, Doris joined the Executive Msc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics where she has been involved, inter alia, in the design of a social business, social impact measurement and management, blended finance, behavioral economics, altruistic leadership, understanding and tackling the challenges of hybrid economies, leveraging on technology to foster social impact.
