Etienne de Belloy

Etienne de Belloy is Senior Manager, Fund Management at Innpact Fund Management.

He joined Innpact in 2021 to oversee the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (MEF), and continued in this role following the transformation of the MEF into the Global Gender-Smart Fund (GGSF) in early 2024. He brings extensive international experience in the impact investment space following over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, including over 10 years within IFC’s Financial Institutions Group with a specific focus on investments in the microfinance, banking and leasing sectors. Throughout his career, Etienne was based in various countries and had the opportunity to lead projects in a number of emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Middle East, with the aim of maximizing development impact. Etienne holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.
