Giulia is Senior Officer in the Board Advisory at Innpact. She has seven years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, where she has been working as legal officer in asset management companies, providing support in areas such as legal advisory, corporate governance, and transaction management.
She holds a master’s degree in law from Università degli Studi Rome Tre and a second level professional master in Financial Markets’ Regulation from Luiss Guido Carli and to bridge the gap between her legal background and her desire to understand also the financial and managerial aspects of the fund industry, she obtained a MBA from the Luxembourg School of Business.
Her interest for social and financial inclusion and sustainability and her desire to foster a positive change in society brought her to join Innpact.
