Pallavi Hariharan

Specialising in impact measurement and ESG, Pallavi brings over 8 years of experience supporting impact investors and inclusive financial institutions focusing on emerging markets in the microfinance and sustainable agriculture sectors.

Before joining Innpact, Pallavi worked at Alterfin, where she developed the impact management systems and supported investment decision-making. She also led the integration of gender lens investing and environmental sustainability in the investment process. Prior to that, she was at Maha Agriculture in Myanmar , where she focused on ESMS implementation and client protection certification efforts.

Pallavi holds a Double Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development with a specialisation in Social Protection Policy Design and Financing, awarded jointly by Maastricht University and UNU-MERIT. She has completed executive education in Sustainability Leadership at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
