Séverine Schwander

Séverine Schwander is Head of Human Resources and Associate Director at Innpact.

Prior to joining the Innpact HR Team in 2018, Séverine worked as an independent HR Consultant and Trainer. Previously she worked as an HR Consultant at SD Worx Luxembourg and was Responsible for the SD Worx Learning Centre until 2015. Before that, Severine was an Assistant Personnel Manager at Hilton Hotel in Luxembourg from 2001 to 2006. She completed an additional course in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2008. In addition to her HR consultancy activity, she is a trainer for People Management and HR topics and manages a sustainable grocery shop founded in 2012.
