North Sky Capital Clean Growth VI Fund (IMM)

Clean Growth Fund VI seeks to continue North Sky Capital innovative secondaries strategy by targeting both premium investment returns and demonstrable environmental and social impact. The Fund’s focus is to make private markets investments in developed regions around the world, primarily in the North America, Europe and Asia. The Fund’s investment strategy focuses on four Impact Themes:

• cleantech/climatech,
• sustainable food/agriculture,
• waste/water and
• healthcare/healthy living.

The Fund applies the full private equity secondaries toolkit to impact investing, including limited partner secondaries, preferred equity transactions and continuation vehicles.

Innpact supported North Sky Capital in the review and alignment of Clean Growth Fund VI with EU SFDR Article 8 requirements, as well as review of the IMM framework and in-depth selection of KPIs at Fund and theme level. In particular, Innpact partnered with North Sky Capital to review and enhance North Sky Capital’s ESG Investing Policy in line with SFDR requirements, and to support the review of EU SFDR pre-contractual, website and periodic disclosures.
