Hedda Pahlson-Moller joins the Board of Innpact S.A. as an Independent Director.
Luxembourg, October 2025 – The Board of Directors of Innpact S.A. is pleased to welcome Hedda Pahlson-Moller as an Independent Director. Joining Chair Pierre Aeby and the two founding partners of Innpact, Hedda will help strengthen Innpact’s commitment to independent oversight and strategic impact.
Hedda has collaborated with Innpact for over 15 years on a wide range of initiatives, united by a shared vision: building the infrastructure needed to accelerate a financial system focused on positive social and environmental impact – a core mission at the heart of Innpact’s work. She brings over 20 years of experience in impact investing, sustainable development, and social innovation, with a career dedicated to leveraging capital to solve societal and planetary challenges. Hedda is known for her work at the intersection of finance and purpose, particularly in impact governance, gender-smart and climate finance.
As CEO and co-founder of TIIME.org, Hedda works to mobilize capital for social and environmental systems change. She also serves on the boards of several impact-driven funds and organizations and shares her expertise by teaching impact economy and social innovation at universities across Europe.
