Patrick Goodman and Arnaud Gillin, co-founders of Innpact, and the whole team are thrilled to announce that Sigridur Torfadottir (Sigga) and Antoine de Martel have been appointed as Partners of Innpact SA as of October 2025.
Both already valued members of its Management Committee, Sigga and Antoine have been instrumental in shaping Innpact’s evolution from a consulting and advisory firm into a leading impact finance management platform. Their leadership, dedication, and shared values have greatly contributed to our growth and mission. Formalising their role in our partnership feels like a natural and exciting step forward.
Sigga has been with Innpact since 2013 and has held several key positions. She was instrumental in strengthening the group’s AIFM in 2023/24 and joined its Management Committee, as Conducting Officer Fund Management, and its Board in 2024.
Antoine joined Innpact in 2021 and serves as the group’s CFO. He has considerably professionalised the finance function of the group and the various support services, ensuring the group continues to have the means to achieve its ambitions.
We are confident that our strengthened partnership will allow Innpact to pursue its growth-for-good and amplify its impact in today’s and tomorrow’s challenging environment. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what impact finance can achieve.
