What’s new at Innpact?
We are glad to announce that Claudia Dambax is now in charge of the Board Advisory Services and that Paola D’Angelo is now developing our Independent Directorship Services, in addition to being the Sustainability Director of Innpact, a member of the Management Committee of Innpact S.A. and a Director of our AIFM.
Paola has just celebrated her 10 years at Innpact as she started with us on 28 May 2012. Paola has steered and developed our Board Advisory Services for the last 10 years, including developing our Directors’ Training, to – what seems to be – the great appreciation of the Boards of the various funds we serve and advise. After these 10 committed years at the helm of our Board Advisory Services, Paola felt it was the right time to build on her great knowledge of the responsibilities and tasks of Boards and to dedicate more time to develop our Independent Directorship Services.
As for Claudia, she already has extensive knowledge of all our Board Advisory mandates, and she has also gained great experience about other AIFs during her time at EIF, Deutsche Bank and Sal. Oppenheim. Claudia was already the Deputy Head of our Board Advisory Services and the timing was also right for her to fully take on the responsibility of leading these services, including accompanying some of our clients through the challenging path of becoming in-scope of the AIFMD.
