Innpact carried out an analysis on how CI could develop projects and opportunities across the spectrum of conservation finance, with a focus on getting deals past the “last mile” to commercial investment. Thanks to its extended network of impact investment fund managers, Innpact has supported CI in the design of their new “bridge financing mechanism” facility and its specific partnership model with fund managers. Innpact has organized and moderated several surveys, interviews and workshops with the 10 main actors focusing on
o    FM Experience in conservation investments;
o    Challenges and opportunities for pre-investment support; and
o    Potential avenues of partnership between the FM& CI based on diverse needs and constraints of conservation fund managers
Innpact has also drafted a preliminary term sheet and supported the identification of indicative deals for potential partnerships.
