Innpact, the leading impact finance specialist providing advisory and third-party management services, strengthens its management team with the nomination of Mr. Antoine de Martel as Chief Financial Officer.
Innpact is very pleased to announce that Antoine de Martel has been appointed by the Board of Innpact S.A. as member of its Management Committee, in addition to Patrick Goodman, Arnaud Gillin, Paola D’Angelo and Sigridur Torfadottir. This nomination takes place just one year after Antoine de Martel joined Innpact as Associate Director and Head of Finance and Administration, in charge of Finance, IT, Marketing and Office Management for the Innpact group.
Antoine de Martel brings more than 15 years of financial management experience as corporate finance executive within the Luxembourg financial services industry. After graduating from the ESSEC business school, he started his career in Luxembourg as financial auditor at KPMG. He spent 10 years at Kneip, the leader in fund data management and reporting solutions for the asset management industry, where he successively led the Finance & Business Intelligence and Key Account Management functions. He then worked for Arendt & Medernach as Senior Finance Manager before joining Innpact in August 2021.
Mr. Patrick Goodman, Co-Founding Partner of Innpact, said: “We are thrilled to see Antoine join the Management Committee of the company. Antoine has now been with us for over one year and has clearly demonstrated his essential role in the overall management and in the development of the Innpact group, and in significantly overhauling the finance function. We are also very happy to see him strengthen our Sustainability team.”
Antoine de Martel said: “I am very honoured to join the management team of Innpact. Over the years, Innpact has been shaping impact investing with a real authenticity that sets it apart in its sector today. I look forward to leveraging my experience in the finance sector to a mission-driven company, that doesn’t just have a B Corp label, but that is driven by a systematic willingness to rethink the codes of the whole industry.”
