Description of the Project
OLGF can be best described as a Fund of Fund that is set up us a liquidity guarantee facility which allows investors to sell their stakes in illiquid impact investments whenever they wish to exit, providing them with immediate access to liquidity. The Fund focuses on Climate, Nature-based solutions and social impact investment funds and their investors. The aim is mobilize additional capital to impact investing through the provisions of liquidity guarantees to unlock further investment from mainstream investors into the sector.
Innpact contribution
Innpact Fund Management S.A. was selected to be the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) in 2025 and Innpact S.A. has been involved in the project design and creation since the inception of the project. In addition to this Innpact S.A. will co-own the GP- and the Investment Advisor of the Fund.
