At the start of 2024, Innpact underwent a significant organisational transformation. The team working on the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (MEF), previously under Innpact SA, joined Innpact Fund Management SA, our Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). This move considerably strengthened our AIFM services, resulting in a team of 36 members servicing nearly 10 funds.
Notably, this includes the Global Gender-Smart Fund, the successor to the MEF, for which Innpact was appointed as AIFM on 1 January 2024.
Innpact Fund Management SA also strengthened its Board of Directors with the addition of Sigridur Torfadottir and Valtteri Valpas as Executive Directors. They join Patrick Goodman and Arnaud Gillin, the co-founders of the Innpact Group.
The Conducting Officers now consist of:
- Bénédicte Escolivet: Risk Management and Operations
- Christophe Bécue: Compliance
- Sigridur Torfadottir: Fund Management
- Valtteri Valpas: Portfolio Management and Marketing
We extend our gratitude to our former colleagues, Paola D’Angelo, Rosa Lopez-Perez, and Michael White, who played a crucial role in establishing our AIFM and are now pursuing new endeavours.
