This year the Innpact Team event took place in Langweiler, among the sweet hills of the German countryside at the beginning of February.
The team enjoyed three days of fun and relaxation but also worked hard at defining the company’s strategy and the theory of change. Once again, all team members showed great team spirit, especially in our team building activities where our colleagues got to show-off their creativity and physical strength by building a stable treehouse with only ropes and tree trunks or hoisting their teammates over a lake of lava to retrieve a treasure (imaginary lave, no team members were harmed in this process).
All the activities took place in the beautiful forest surroundings and ended with a torch-lit night walk during which our team proved their stargazing prowess, even under the influence of Glühwein.
